| We are the Lacey family, just your average, everyday bunch of folks. While our company, Nature's Nurture Lamps, is somewhat of a family endeavor, it's me, good ol' Mom, who is the chief cook and bottle washer so to speak. On occasion, I am forced to pull rank and demand my children accompany me to the shores of Lake Ontario, just a few miles down the road. There we climb up and down the steep shoreline gathering driftwood for my lamps. (I thinks it's because of these outtings that my eldest daughter ran off and joined the military, although she denies it.) On occasion, I must also pull rank to demand they accompany me to a show. After all, why should I have all the fun carting a zillion pounds of equipment and product through the mud, dust, rain, snow, whatever? I believe in sharing.

| Our little company was founded so I could work from home and maintain a flexible schedule, thus allowing me to attend the kid's sporting events and what have you. Ha. Little did I know that my tiny venture would grow to the point that I was spending sixteen hours a day down in "the pit", a.k.a. our basement, where my shop is. But having said that, it's all worked out as planned and I haven't missed a soccer game yet.

| Enough about us. I want you to go shop. First, however, I'd like to dedicate this site to my husband, who has spent countless hours setting up and tearing down at shows, countless hours alone in front of the T.V. while I was in "the pit" being creative, and countless hours putting up with a fair amount of garbage from the overworked, grumpy CEO of Nature's Nurture Lamps. I simply couldn't do it without him.
