Ordering is easy. If you have any questions or special customization requests, just enter the information in the "Custom requests:" box. Each item has one of these boxes for special instructions. Click on the "add to cart" button and fill in the requested information so we can get your lamp to you. That's pretty much all there is to it. Each lamp is one of a kind. If you order a lamp from this site and it has been recently sold but not yet marked as such, I will contact you immediately. A lamp can be made for you at the time you order, but unlike lamps that are in stock, your order would take 4-6 weeks to construct, cure, and deliver. The up side to that is that you can customize your lamp to your exact specifications. Additional charges may be incurred if the requested changes are major. Otherwise, there is no additional charge for customizing your lamp. If you like the lamp but not the shade, you can substitute any shade or customize one to your specifications. There is no charge for a custom shade unless significant upgrades are ordered. Additional charges may be incurred if this is the case.
New York State residents must add 8% sales tax. Shipping is calculated at 25% of your order. Sometimes this amount is not enough to cover all the shipping and packing charges, and if that happens, I will pick up the remainder of the cost. In the rare case where the cost of shipping and packing is too high, I will send you a check for the amount over paid.
I want you to be satisfied with your lamp. If for any reason you are not happy, please let me know immediately so I can make the situation right. I have a full money back gaurantee policy if the situation cannot be resolved to your satisfaction. Shipping to me for repair or any other reason other than as stated in the money back gaurantee is the responsibility of the buyer. If the repair or replacement is due to workmanship or faulty parts within one year of purchase, I will pay shipping to return your lamp to you. We aim to please!
I gladly accept MasterCard, Visa, Paypal, Checks, and Money Orders. Checks and Money Orders may be sent to the address on the Contact page. If your payment is made by check, your order will be shipped when the check clears.
